    .....i'm using mdf and a lot of sealer ..lol .... I've had good results with my current enclosure of the same material.

    medium density fiberboard ......what most all cabinets are made of ultra smooth and inexpensive got all my pieces cut for $30

    I looks cool!. I would definitely consider covering the inside with sticky tiles to cover up the wood stuff. That will help keep the chemicals from being released with all the humidity and moisture.

    ,,,,,, i've read the the debates and the concers ....pretty much why i lost count of coats of sealer after 5 ....
