    Love'n the Lithium Blaze
This male is a grand addition to my humble collection: Lithium Blaze (Pastel, Cinnamon, Butter, Fire)

Huge thanks to Mark Mandic for this amazing 4 gene powerhouse male! Mark has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and has always been an overall great figure in the hobby. This is a major step up for my collection, has added a whole lot of excitement to my season, and I am really looking forward to producing some amazing combos with this bad boy.

A couple pics courtesy of Mark:

    Thanks guys!

So far he is lined up for a Pastel, Cinny, Mojave, and 3 normal females. I am only running 13 female this season, mostly normals.

I just realized the name is kinda misleading. Its really a lithium pewter, right? Is blaze just added in because it sounds cool lol?

Just did the math with the pairings I have in mind for this stud...

I have a shot (a really decent one) at 12 different world first combinations (according to WOBP)

My husband wanted to know what kind of G-stripe he was. Seriously stunning animal. If I weren't so deeply committed to my pied projects, I could possibly make him in a few years. Hmmm. I wonder if adding pastel and fire to the cinny and butter pieds would make them have more pattern ? I might just be able to justify trying to make him! :D

    Re: Love'n the Lithium Blaze
The stripe is coming from the cinnamon gene being thrown into the mix. Cinnamon and Lesser or Butter tends to cause this sort of stripe in combos for whatever reason. Take a look at "Nightcrawler" (Lesser Cinnamon Spotnose) as an example. The Lithium Blaze doesn't carry any genes from the "super stripe" complex, and doesn't carry the "genetic stripe" recessive gene either.

But he's going to get so bored only hanging out with you (you have that affect on people). He needs a little pizazz in his life. Maybe a road trip, he can come visit me, scoot on down to Mike and then maybe even stop by at Gale's for a quick hello. It's for his own good TJ.

Oh I know he doesn't carry stripe in him, that was just my husbands first reaction to his picture. He is really a magnificent animal, you should be proud.
