So it's official

I am now engaged to the love of my life. The girl I have been with through thick and thin, parents fighting, and suicidal thoughts on both ends.

People said we would never work, and here we are almost 3 years later. I never stuck with a girl for more than a week till I met her and I've never once done anything with anyone else or even thought about it while I've been with her.

She supports me 100% on everything including starting to breed snakes, even saying I'm aloud my own snake room when we officially move out. I too support her endeavors and always will.

She has pushed me to my limits of what I thought I could do and I have come so far, I am no longer depressed and wanting to die every day. I have an amazing job! And I am getting ready to head back to school.

I can't see me living or being married to anyone but her, so I took the plunge and bought her her dream ring.

1 carat, 14 carat white gold band.

Congrats man! I got married in August and its the best thing to ever happen to me! Please hang on to her through thick and thin. Don't become another divorce statistic. Marriage needs to become credible again. It's lost a lot of meaning in the last decade and it needs to regain some back before it gets lost entirely. Good luck on your life journey and never loose love or faith for your marriage. :)

my wife had a falling out wit her family over me so they wouldnt come to the wedding or let her sister be in the wedding. my sister in law had to step in last minute. but it was still the best day ever.
