That's the way to do it! Hands on training with a professional is the best way to do it. I thought I could deal with venomous no problem, until I trained with a professional and I learned a whole lot more than I thought I knew, mainly little tips and tricks but they help greatly.

Thanks all, Gabby's are my favorite venomous snake. They always seem to be everyone's favorite haha! Gaboons were my favorite snake before I even knew what it was haha! I remember being like 14 or 15 going to the venom day at the Zoo in my area and as soon as I saw the Gaboon they had on display I was instantly obsessed with that snake and have been for 7 years now. I give it another year for my permit and I shall have one of my own.

Thanks all! These are the first juvenile cobra's I've ever dealt with, so it was a bit nerve racking.

Gabbys are my favorite hot snake. I would never have the guts to own one though.

I hated Gaboons until I saw them in the flesh, and then wen and bought my own. I don't think pictures do them any justice.

You most likely won't die, but you can easily loose a finger or part of.

The pigs aren't real bad but like crotalids said there is necrosis.
