    unknown lizard found with the batch of crickets I bought
    It's body is barely is barely an inch long.
    I want to keep it, but I need to know what it is first

    I have no idea what it is but its cool, and its cool to get free pets with your feeders, lol. Good luck with the little guy.

    Haha, it looks like some kind of gecko. put it in a tupperware with some leaves and water in it in a place that's not too cold, maybe put some tiny crickets in with it

    Looks like a Mediterranean gecko. I have these living around my house. Did you order from a Florida supplier?

    I see a ton of them, and since they are non-native invasives, it would be best for you to keep him as a cool new pet, than to release him(no matter the "there's thousands already, one more won't matter!", after all, we're supposed to at least make an effort).

    He probably was catching gnats and such that go in the cricket cages.

    I find them in Houston... kept on as a pet for a bit but ended up releasing because I didn't want to keep buying crickets. My local pet store catches them all the time and sells them for 3 fillers as pets or feeders
