You know you're bored when you ask forum members to post pictures of their computer desks. Here's mine... it used to be a closet and sombody's door until my uncle decided to be crafty. Please ignore my fishtank glass... it refuses to stay clean :x

lmao, the sour cream is the first thing I noticed! mmmmmmmm sour cream... I've eaten it by the spoonful before but I can't handle much unless it's on something, lol

roflmao! no! that turtle food inthe sourcream thing! hahahahahahahaha. i wanted to use the turtle food container for the tiny praying mantis so i put it in a sour cream container. but i guess its not too crazy...i do love sour cream. cant say ive ever had it plain though. ill have to try that. haha. you guys are crazy.

here is my desk I need to do some cleaning but this evening it got a little messed up- oh .. I love Coca Cola sooooooo much. I would have failed out of school without it.

oh and yes that is me in my high school band "The Daily Special" on the right playing lead guitar and that is in fact Lowenbrau beer I found it at a local shop.

GRACIAS sir - the fugly tower is gone (off to become a 2003 server on the test bed) as I needed to hook the scanner back up - it looks a lot more impressive than it actually is . . . except the Audigy2 break-out box and the 5.1 speakers (audiophile).

yeah... I started at school here as an audio engineer (I'm on my fifth major) I'm a bit of an audiophile as well so the first thing i noticed was the speaker set up and break-out box haha.

Here we go...

We have two computers set up on two desks. I'm a bit possessive about "my" computer, but the desk-spaces are community property and equally cluttered by everyone. LOL

The bright back-lighting makes it hard to take a good picture, no matter what sort of camera you're using. Is that a snake catching up on the forum????? LOL!

Judy, I had that EXACT same desk for so long in my room. At least three years. I got a new one and had no room elsewhere for it. And since it was so heavy, I had some fun with it. I took a sledge hammer and smashed it into pieces, it was so much fun. When you wanna get rid of yours, you gotta do it. The hubby might need to help with the center part, took me about 12 hits to break it in half.

LOL...it's a thought. Are you talking about the one in the top picture with the slide-out side? When we moved to Virginia, the movers took this thing completely apart...to the point of nearly ruining it as it wouldn't fit back together securely. My husband nailed it together permanently. The next set of movers will have a blast with it. :lol: :roll:

LOL...Only after I've gotten a replacement for it. So it'll have to move with us this time. However...smashing it has a very definite appeal! :mrgreen:

And i got the latest and greatest logitech wireless mouse but a super crappy wireless keyboard and a just about as good as it gets for crt monitor. Im a pc gamer and if the camera was better you would see my trusty pc gamer magazine at my side along with ffxi and UT2k4 bolth great games. Believe it or not i turned into a nerd before i got snakes so the conversion was easy lol.

UT is conversing over to an online freeware in the next couple of months, correct?

the original maybe i could see them making it free because its geting old its still a good game.
