What would YOU do (and why)???

I have two normal females ready to go this season. They need a boyfriend - I'm looking at either a proven pinstripe or proven cinny (yes, Mike, we know what you'd do..) . With future projects in mind, what would YOU do?

Personally if the choice is between the two, I would go for the cinny. Double gene males can be pretty affordable now such as pewters, lemon blast, super pastel etc. If I were looking for something for a normal girl I might want to look into something like that to improve my odds on babies. Just something to think about.

In that price range i would look for a nice proven pastel then hold back the females.

What future projects do you have in mind? Also, it depends on the quality of the pin and cinny. Do you have any pics of them?

From the two you posted I would go Cinny cause it has a Super form.:gj:

Sadly, no pics. I already have 1.1 pastels, so I'm not going to add any more to the mix for now. Double gene is out of my price range right now (sigh). Not sure what future projects I would go into with either - I guess that's what I'm trying to figure out. Neat projects on both sides...

Then id get a cinnamon male.

I'd get a cinnamon. I love Cinnys and am very picky with pins

I'd stick with the Cinnamon - not very fond of busy pattern with the Pinstripes. Have you thought about Lessers or Mojaves?

Cinnamon. There's a super...and they just make some cool stuff!

I'd go with the cinny as well. You can throw it to your pastel later down the road to get yourself a pewter. As for the super form, I would not go cinny to cinny but rather cinny to black pastel. Less chance for duck bills and kinks. Whatever you decide, good luck in your future projects!

Thanks for the advice, everyone. Ever the contrarian, I did my own thing... I picked up a proven mojave breeder from Frankie at Fat Boys ball pythons... and a het pied pair from Justin McBrayer. I decided I'd rather work towards a BEL than a super cinny. So excited and can't wait to introduce the mojave to his girlfriends.
