Botany...yuck! Lol. It must have been a good morning to skip class because I skipped Ecology this morning. :P I went to vote instead. :salute:

Very cute pictures of your little buddies. :) Seems much more interesting than Botany.

I actually find it incredibly interesting! However staying in my nice warm house with my snakes was much more appealing than waiting at the bus stop in the cold, taking the bus in the cold, walking to class in the cold, and sitting in a cold lecture hall ;)

What is the weather like up there now, Olivia? Cold, I'm guessing? ;)

I never took botany but I did take plant physiology and did all of my hands on ecology lab doing grassland ecology. I love plants! I always try to grow as big of a garden as I can and I I also have as many houseplants as I can fit in the house! I can't see the pictures but I'm sure that your snakes kick serious butt! :)

Take it from a botany major from long ago, it can boring as hell, to say the least...I did it for the chicks:cool:. Honestly, given the option of going to class some mornings or staying home with nice snakes like that, I would have had a tough time graduating.

Nice cinny there. I think I've skipped class to spend time with the snakes before. I never took botany but I'm sure it can't be that hard ;)

It isn't even bad yet, around 1 or 2 degrees celsius. However, I am a big ol' baby when it comes to the cold yet, and intend to enter this winter kicking and screaming

Nothing like looking at 50 slides (that all look the same) and identifying the cell types (that all look the same) for an exciting morning ;)

I wouldn't mind it being cold here. Lol. But I can see what you mean. I'm not too big on plants personally, but they can interesting. I think it really depends on the teacher. At my school it's not so interesting...:P

    What's your area of study?

I've not experienced a Canadian winter, but I did live in Wisconsin for a few years. It was cold, but I still loved it!

    Nice snakes!

Get your butt to class, you, your parents, tax payers, and/or any Foundation that has given you a grant are paying way too much for you to be skipping classes! And no it doesn't matter what grade your getting.

Too much :rolleye2: I've covered it in 3 classes this semester. I've been over-Arabidopsis'd.
