    Which Fire would you choose?
I like the colors but I'm not too sure about the pattern.

I'd probably choose #2 because of his funky pattern. However, I actually prefer the more reduced fires ;) :

Out of those three I would say far right. But, I agree with Annarose, I usually like more reduced pattern on the fire.

I like the reduced pattern but I wouldn't know where to find one.

I agree with Annarose on reduced pattern fires.
But that middle one is awful "imo", busy pattern with all of those spots is not what I want in a fire...

We just sold our proven reduced pattern male because he made us this little jewel...

Just be patient and keep looking. I would rather be another year behind in a project than pick up an animal that wasn't what I wanted in the morph.

    PS - Very nice, Jerry!

Thanks Anna, and I completely agree.
I wait 2+ years to get the right enchi, fire is a brightening gene, get the lightest one with the least pattern in it to make the hottest combos :gj:
Just my opinion of course :D

I'm curious, how much does a reduced pattern fire usually go for? Same price as your "normal" fire?

Of the 3, the far right is the best by far.

I agree to wait for a cleaner one. I think the far right is the best of that bunch.

Waiting can net you one like this:

Reduced patterns are usually the same price, but an extreme specimen may be $25 - $75 more.

Out of those three, the one on the far right is the nicest. I like my fires bright, with lots of blushing and big belly flames, the more the better.

Jinx, how big/old is your fire? It seems awfully yellow to me for a fire, I'm used to creamy fires I guess. Not that it isn't stunning, it just seems so yellow to me. :P

She looks a touch darker than normal in that pic. Sometimes the light box will darken things up, and that pic has not been corrected for it. She was around 600g when that was taken. She is over 900g now, so I need to get a new pic. Also, technically she is a Flame, but that is just a fancy word for Fire as far as I am concerned.

Here is a phone pic when she was about 700g, closer to her actual color:
