    Has BP.net been compromised?
Every time I load a new page my browser asks me to verify a certificate from "static.ak.facebook.com" I know that my computer is clean and I don't have any other tabs/windows open. Anyone else having this issue?

*EDIT* I have reset my browser as well with no change

    Re: Has BP.net been compromised?
Yea, sort of. My antivirus program keeps asking me to verify the site's security certificate. Clicked my antivirus to scan just in case.

I also have the exact same thing using safari + firefox on 3 mac pro towers and on a G5. However when I got home I have not had any issues again on yet another mac pro tower using safari. I had thought it was just my work but apparently not.

I got the same message once on Safari. Also more issues of the site not loading than normal.

I will look into this. I think it just has something to do with our server--it's not a security issue or anything that I know of.

I get this at work which blocks certain sites, but not at home. I use Safari on my Macbook at both places.

I've been having this same problem along with other problems. On my phone using tapatalk, and on the computer. It also tells me something like the server can not be found, or my session timed out, and it continuously asks me to sign back in but if I simply refresh the screen without signing in again (it literally brings up a sign in screen) then it goes back to normal for awhile.

It's been doing this for at least a few days to a week for me.

I also have a PC. Seems like most of the problems are occurring on Macs?

I'm on chrome and just now when I clicked a thread, it said there was some kind of error. Then I reloaded it ten minutes later, and it's working again...?

Oops, just happened to me here at home so I guess my hypothesis that it was work-related is out the window.

I got the same message from Safari several times this evening. But it's not happening every time, just intermittently. I think it might be one of the sidebar ads linking to facebook or something? And sometimes that ad is up, and sometimes it isn't?

Maybe it's a facebook "platform" issue. Try turning that off then try to recreate the error.

This is actually an issue on the facebook side of things, really out of our hands. Sometimes these work... clearing your browser cache, remove cookies related to facebook.net and make sure you have the latest and great browser version. This is an issue that comes up now and then for people across the Internet.
