Buddies ball?

Ok I've told my buddy this is a normal. But just want to have your responses to show him. But with all the morphs out there you never know.
So back story is she was bought 11years ago for 600 from a guy who was later arrested for illegally importing snakes. He was in third grade so I'm thinking he doesn't remember the actual details. Any input is appreciated.

Idk if he really paid that. He wa in 3rd grade that's just what he told me

Obviously his parents bought it for him I just think he was way young and didn't exactly remember

Normals weren't selling for $600 11 years ago.... Something smells fishy about the story. Why would hos parents pay that much when pet stores had them for under $100?

Yeah he's not trying to sell it. And he's not a shady person at all. If anything he doesn't remember and just throwing that number out there. He's leaving for the boot camp and is just going to give her to me. Hopefully she's not a he.

600.00 think back when you had been in the 3rd grade 60.00 was like 600.00 and you looked at every thing as being really big.

I think there may be an extra zero in that number. You know how things grow between third grade and adulthood. It is a normal as everyone else has posted.

I paid $40 for my normal 10 years ago from a well known and rather large reptile store. She is in fact an imported baby that was a farmed hatchling from Ghana.. That was the going rate back then and Ghana babies have been legally imported for many years...

But to answer your question, that is a normal BP and I also highly doubt it ever sold for $600. I'm willing to bet it was $60.

So have you seen the girl yet and has the sex been verified? Do you know what she weighs?

He actually asked his dad and they said he got it for free lol but the guy who he got it from really was arrested for importing snakes illegally.
