It was only like 60 degrees outside today. I would be really careful bringing your snakes outside in that kinda weather for any length of time.

The leaves have started to change here but haven't really fallen yet. Even when they do, they are usually not that pretty! Lol

Thank you my friend, and I thought about that too. In the middle of the day in the sun though I measured the temp around 72-73 so I took outside for very short times before getting them back in. They stayed warm and had a good time for their few minutes. Thanks!

I had been building my own light tents, but due to my cats destructive habits I finally surrendered and bought one off ebay a few days ago. Now waiting on my new Nikon D3100 and light tent, but that was definitely the last time I'll be taking them out this year. Just lucky to have such a perfect day. I'll let you know how my light tent works out!

Lol I know what you mean about the destructive cat. Mine isn't so much destructive as he is curious and annoying. He did destroy my crested gecko tubs so I had to get metal screen enclosures for them.

Can you link me to the light tent you got? I'm considering making my own...I just have no where to put it!

Also, I liked your FB page so I noticed you were getting a new camera :) That should be fun!

I wish I could say the same about our youngest cat, :cens0r::cens0r::cens0r::cens0r:ten, but alas he is just naughty and likes to ruin things :-) hence the three light tents I have built that have been systematically destroyed.

Thanks for the like! I am very excited about the new camera. I loved my old one too, but the new one with a macro lens will be amazing.

I'll let you know when I try out the light tent!! It was only $30 with free shipping.

I have a light tent that is similar to that, but only works for photographing my smaller snakes. the big ones won't fit! So hard to take pictures of my older snakes unless I am outside.
