I love cauliflower and Brussels sprouts...Brussels sprouts possibly being my favorite veg. Also a big fan of the winter varieties of squash, not so much the summer ones. Am a huge fan of beets and most leafy greens as well.

    sweet potato
    arugula

I've never had brussels sprouts. Although according to my favorite gardening for the cook magazine, homegrown sprouts harvested after a frost are delicious. I don't really care for cauliflower, perhaps I've just never had it cooked properly. I do tolerate broccoli fairly well. My absolute favorite vegetable is fresh green beans. I could eat myself sick on good garden green beans.

I have also recently discovered the joys of asparagus, and I have cultivated a taste for Ratatouille Byaldi. This is the gourmet version they show in the movie, and it's amazing.

I enjoy cooking with pumpkin this time of year. Besides the traditional breads and desserts, it makes a wonderful addition to stews, casseroles and other savory dishes.

I also enjoy garden sweet peas, which are hard to find around here. I do want to try artichoke very much, but I have no idea how to prepare or cook them, and I'm terrified I'll mess up and spend a fortune on something that turns out inedible.

I can't stand the smell of brussel sprouts, so I can't eat them. But I do like cauliflower. But my favorite... Dang I can't choose just one. I love corn, peas, green beans, and cucumbers.

CARROTS! Raw or candied. I don't like them cooked otherwise.

And Brussel Sprouts make me feel yucky.

Potato, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Corn, Sugarsnap Peas, Green Beans, Tomatoes. All good - just I prefer most of them raw. Potato is really the only one I like cooked - cause nothing makes me feel better like corn chowder with huge chunks of potato. Or mashed potatoes.

Nobody has any love for swiss chard and the little yellow crookneck squashes? :(

I do like cauliflower and brussel sprouts too, btw. My favorite would have to be corn or chard. Also peas, beans, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, kale, collards, beets and their greens, celery, tomatoes, radishes, any kind of potato, lettuce, asian greens, any sort of squashes....

I like and eat most vegetables except onions (allergy) peppers and cucumbers, (food intolerance) and eggplant. (because they're just plain nasty)

    Chard growing on my deck.

Favorite all time is broccoli. I'll sometimes eat a half bag of frozen broccoli florets for dinner. :D

Hmm, I couldn't pick just one. Very favorites-

    Peas
    Artichoke
    Sweet potatoes
    Squash (of any sort)
    Spinach
Mushrooms ( crimini are my fave)
Green beans (garden fresh is best, but sauteed with olive oil and garlic is nummy too)
Garlic- one can never have too much garlic....:D

    I also like-

    Carrots (raw only)
    Corn
    Eggplant
    Cauliflower (raw or roasted)
    Brussels sprouts

Pretty much any veggies I will eat. Except brocolli, that stuff is just nasty. Unless its in a salad with a vinigarette, for some reason that cuts through the brocoli taste. There are actually two brocoli salads that I will eat. But raw or cooked plain, blech.

I loved mushrooms sooo much back in the day. Got food poisoning from them once and I still can't eat them - makes me so sad. I still try them a couple times a year praying I've overcome this huge loss in my life. :D
