Have a question
I have a female that I had my black pastel in with for about 3 days, witnessed no locks, but I work alot. Pulled him out a few days ago and a little while ago I put my mojave in with her. About 5 minutes later she is flipping out trying to get out. What could the reason be

Re: Have a question
Are you sure your female is female and your male is male? Several have said they've witnessed this behavior when two of the same gender (usually two males) are put in a tub together.
-
She was fine with the other male
-
First thing I would do is re-sex the female, while the first pair might have been fine together, obviously the second is not and the male's reaction could be due to the fact that your female is really a male.
Had it happen to me years ago I had a "female" she came from someone I trusted and I never sexed her. I placed her with a male everything went fine even witnessed a lock , few days later I put another male in and it was pretty wild and violent, I got him out immediately and since it made me suspicious I sexed the "female" which turned out to be a male.
So again sex your female again.

Well I just sexed her myself and it is indeed a male. It came from a good friend and breeder. Already sent him a text

Yep what you observed was text book male combat ;) sorry about the outcome.

He already has a text from me

And all he has to say is what do you want me to do.

He said he doesn't have anymore females. That is fine. My kids and their friends and myself always bought from him, not anymore. He thinks because he gave me a good deal on 2 females he shouldn't have to do anything

Post him on the BOI with proof
-
He doesn't do any deals online, only at the local show. He doesn't want to do anything because I didn't buy a cinny male from him, reason being I lost my job 3 days after the last show.

I agree. He made a mistake. He should be trying to rectify that mistake, not punishing you because you didn't purchase a snake from him. Definitely make a BOI with proof (if it's through text, make sure to take pictures of the screen).

You can still post him on the BOI. Local buyers should know what he's doing.
-
I will give him until the show Sunday to rectify the problem. I really don't think he wants me to confront him on the matter in front of 100's of customers and if he doesn't fix it I will post him on the BOI
-
Email/txt him and tell him that you want the situation rectified by the show, and I'd not, you'll be posting him on the BOI.
Maybe the threat of being on the BOI will smarten him up.
Just be sure to keep proof.
-
Oh I will. It is not even about the money, just the point and the BOI thing all he will probably say is so
-
stupid question: what does BOI stand for? tried googlin but all i got was info on lesbians that look like boys?
