Ive found out what the meaning of life is

I've been awake for over 48 hrs now without closing my eyes for longer than the time between eye blinks, which I seemed to have stopped doing some time ago apparently. Turns out the microwave was emitting this strange fuzzy color, yellowish pink in hue, and it required me to have constant visual surveillance, my retinas focused like a laser beam on the lead mesh shielding of the door, for what seemed like 5 or more hours before it revealed it's toxic presence to me. Anyway, not entirely sure how I will fix the broken window in which the cursed microwave did verily take flight. Mayhap I will send the knaves below me to gather bobbles and other oddities from the townsfolk to gain some coin for the blacksmith.

Not sure I clicked on the thread thinking I was going to find the meaning of life? What's funny is our town for the next month will have a bunch of these loopy folks working at the Renaissance Festival. There is nothing like a 300lb woman wearing chain mail! :O

I think they're like World of Warcraft (or something similar) dorks all hopped up on Mountain Dew Code Red. Must have pulled an all-weekender. My son does the same thing. The side effects of what so much wasted time living in a fantasy world inside the tv/monitor can do to the mind/social "life".

Or maybe they're just having fun. Although, when I was up for nearly 48 hours straight thanks to running out of my sleep medication, I was pretty out of it myself.

A month or two ago I was up for about 40 hours. The following day it became apparent that I had blacked out a time or two, as my 1SG and I were talking and he asked about a conversation that we had in which I said I'd do something (I never did said thing), and I had absolutely NO recollection of this conversation. Can't wait to get home and sleep in as late as I want at least two days a week! Knowing me, though, I'll be up early to go hiking, running, ice-fishing, snowboarding, etc.

With insomnia nothing is real, everything is far away, everything is a copy of a copy of a copy....

Insomnia or long messed up work schedules... Haha
