OMG Ewww lol

Never had this happen before, though they say there's a first time for everything. Hopefully this is my last time too. I thaw out all the rodents and go to feed everyone and look what happened when i fed my baby lesser lol:

Yes that is the mouses blood and yes those are its guts hanging out. Sooo nasty. As soon as i took the pic i lifted er out of the water and went and cleaned it out. Needless to say my mom wasnt thrilled to see rat blood getting poured down the bathroom sink lmao.

She left it there and went back into her hide so i gave her a new one. I figured wth my fire male could use an extra snack. i drop it into his tub, he gives it one look, then goes back into his hide too lol. Apprently my snakes only eat fully intact meals, and blowouts and theyre not having any of it lmao!

LOL. I hate it when this happens! Leaves a stench that lingers! My killerbee eats em no problem :D!

At least it wasn't the kitchen sink.....lol. God I don't miss f/t rodents, never had live or p/k do that. Maybe when you offered them that they snubbed it, because it would be like offering you McDonald's or tater tot pie :D. What would you choose? ;)

Ask your mom for a little bit of bleach and clean out the sink so that she doesn't think you're going to contract rodent viruses. That'll get her off your back. ;)

Well my fire ended up eating it bc the mouse was gone this morning. Idk why he felt the need to wait, maybe it was too warm for him, he had to let it cool off. If youre somehow implying that you would offer me McDonalds when your clearly capable of satiating me with tater tot pie then i hate you lol!

Yea bc feeding live clearly works out great for you :rolleyes:. Keep an eye on it and if it gets infected have a doctor look at it, i know a great one who makes house calls!:D

I still have one live feeder. Me and my pastel have a gentleman's agreement. I go out of my way to get her the live rats she likes and she promises to pound them right behind the neck. But i keep the feeding tongs close by just in case she breaks her end of the deal lol.

Ooo really?! And he'll drive the 2,500 miles or so to come take a look?

In Koko's defense she normally strikes true every time but I think she may have been sleeping when I pulled her tub to feed her lol.

She bit and twisted at the same time and it caused a huge open wound that internal organs came out of. Was pretty funnky.
