    Didn't know macros could have the fog affect around what your shooting at, my mistake. I just know my iPhone can make similar photos with instagram.


    Also what are you shooting with camera wise?

    Panasonic GF2 with Olympus ED 50mm Macro.

    I'm still getting use to the lens, just got it recently. I wasn't going for that effect at all lol. I really wanted to capture all of the snake but shooting that close really defocuses the background.

    Not bad. Eventually when I learn to save for a while I want to get a DSLR either a canon rebel ti4 or a Nikon d5000.

    My camera is a m43, which can take dslr quality photos and use dslr lens but in the package of a PS. its very simple to use and you can take great pictures with just automatic settings but can still have full control over all the settings in the camera.
