    Clutch 2012-6. Pewter x Pewter
This clutch was Pewter x Pewter and we got 2 eggs and 3-4 slugs. The first pipper is either a cinnamon or a pewter.

And then I cut this one. I had my eyeball all up in there and I still can't tell what it is. Silver Streak? Super Pewter? From what I can see of the main body it looks like it has a very faded, yellow or champagne colored pattern. And then there's the white/black spot at the top of the cut in the first pic. Can not wait to see this guy out of the egg!

So do I have your permission to swing by and take a peek once I am home from Afghanistan in December? I think I see some faint pattern so I am saying super pewter. I'll hopefuly be producing my first snakes this spring and it will be my pastel and cinny that should give me some eggs.

Well his head darkened up some and the spots are a bit more prominent, but I don't think he changed too much.

That's pretty nice. Dig the silver.

I'd hold onto him and work on some super-pewter combos.

    Thanks everyone!

I think we're going to keep him. I'm not sure yet where he's going to fit in our breeding plans. It will be fun to figure out though :)

    Super pewter = WANT ONE.

Yeah, my cinny pewter is one of my two biters. Nancy the Attack Snake, and she knows how to make it hurt. And I bred her to Mr. Nibbles, so I'm a bit worried about the babies that I just hatched from that pairing.

(My black pastels are total sweeties, meanwhile.)

I'm sure you'll find a nice spot for him, you'll be a 'pewter combo' powerhouse when he starts breeding. You have and 2 bang Enchi females? ... Frostbites are a pretty snazzy looking morph.

There are tons of hot Pewter Combos, Calico Pewters are near the top of my list. Happy Planning!

He turned out a lot darker then I thought. But he's a gorgeous animal!
