Hi, I know this might be a silly question, but I set up a photo gallery, put the correct size picture in there for an avatar, went to my profile, put the URL in, hit submit, and all it shows now is a small box with an X in the middle of it. I appreciate your time in helping me.

Hi Becky. I see you have entered the wrong address(the address from the address bar). Right click the picture that you want in your Avatar and go to properties. You will find the correct address there. Hope that works for ya.

Becky I fixed your avatar for you. You didn't have the correct address in the text box. Great pic!

Hi -
Thanks, I have learned alot about adding pics and avatars by reading all you guys posts. Thanks for all the help.

Thanks, I hope so too! I'm all ready for them with enclosure, food and all, so I just need the babies to arrive ok. How many do you have?
-
I just have one pair. They are a new project, one just for fun. I just couldn't resist, they are so cool.

I've bought two babies, so I don't know if I'll have a pair or not. The kids are really excited to have them coming too. Do you mean you'll be breeding them as a fun project or that having/caring for them is a fun project?
-
It actually started as a breeding project for the kids. But once again mom takes over. I don't know why I keep letting them talk me into new reptiles. They like them and help take care of them but the geckos move so fast that the kids can't hold them. So they kind of lost intrest and went back to the bearded dragons that they can hold and walk on the leash around the neighborhood.
-
OMGosh.....they seriously walk the beardie around on a leash? That's so funny! Do they make tiny little harnesses for them? My son would LOVE to do that when his (mine! LOL) beardie gets big enough. (We're getting it sometime this week.)
Love that little crested, btw! That's a great avatar!
-
Yeah I bought them a reptile leash and the boys walk him around the neighborhood like a dog. One of the older ladies that lives down the street brings out shredded carrotts for him when she sees the kids walking him. My middle son Christopher even hangs out with two of the yonger females whale he does homework.

That is so cool! Does the beardie seem to enjoy the walks, too?

We used to walk our rabbit and skunk on leashed when we were kids. If the beardie will do it, why not. ;)
-
holy crap, I'm going to have nightmares about your avatar, iceman!

Definitely snap a pic. If you get a good one, I'll bet you could get the ROTM. :)
-
The beardie enjoys his walks very much. He behaves very well on the leash.
