    Would this be overfeeding?
My ball is currently still a baby. Sitting at about 140 grams so it has a lot of growing left to do. The supply of mice I have right now are a little small about 15 grams each. Would it be ok 2 feed 2 per week? Once every three or four days, or would that be overfeeding?

    Definitely not overfeeding.
10% of it's body weight every 4 days would be just fine for a snake that size.

that would be pushing it if you ask me. 10% of 140 grams is 14 grams 15% is 21 grams. if your feeding 2 15 grams mice thats 30 grams. you could feed a 15 gram mouse every 5 days and that would be fine.

So one says fine the other says pushing it. Can we get a consensus? How about feeding one 15 gram mouse every 4 days, that would not harm the snake would it?

I know it's not a common problem with balls, but I think this one would eat until it burst.

If she is eating that well you should switch her over to rats !! She will grow a little quicker, and feed every 4 days

that would be fine. one rodent every 3 to 4 days that leaves a slight lump in the belly is fine. as long as you have an 87 to 90 hot spot so the snake can digest the rodent properly.

We try to offer all hatchlings 2 times a week and we try to offer all sub adults every 5 days or so.
