(Pics) Grumpy Hog Island female!
Wanted to share some pics I took a few days ago of my Hog Island BCI female, Attika.
She can have quite the attitude! Struck at me a few times before and is one to bluff. I think she's calming as she gains more size on her though, and regardless she's a fun girl to work with and one of the nicest Hogs I've seen (IMO) ;)
"What the heck are you looking at?"

Some beauty shots after she calmed a bit:

^ Her take on a pretzel
And she's been really spurting in size (yeah, yeah hairy arm):

Very pretty girl! Gotta love the fiesty ones! That Angolan is just beautiful!

Thanks everyone!
Mike: based on my boas only, my jungle took 2 years to get large enough to move him into his viv. Some of my other ones are growing slower than him, so you should have a couple years (when starting with a neonate) before you need a lot of space for a viv!

Once a week on slightly undersized feeders.
