have you weighed him? how old is he? what are you feeding and how frequent?

to me he doesn't but a pic farther from him would be good

He last weighed at 127 and is only 3 months old now. I don't have my own scales yet, I feed him live small hoppers every 4 days.

Here is the mouse, kind of hard to see it, but that's about his girth

he doesn't look underweight to me. but a slightly bigger mouse wouldn't hurt him. i usually feed my little 90g bee a hopper but i tried a small mouse because thats all they had when i bought em and he took it down with no problem

Cool that's actually what I gave him this last feeding thinking he looked a little thin. Hopefully that will help better!! Glad he can eat small -medium mice, that means I can actually buy from peatland now lol

I wouldn't say he is thin to a point of worry, but a bit thinner than I would like to see. He is definately ready for a bigger prey item. They can get down anything that is the same as their widest part. Hoppers are what most people feed hatchlings. I would try to make the switch to rats too.

I think he looks fine. I would switch to larger prey though (small mice/rat pups). What I saw with some of my little ones is that they will some times put on length over girth. My male spider is long and thin but he won't put on girth, he actually refuses every now and again. They all grow different, one of my females seems to be against putting on length and is a little girthy.

Yeah, my spider does that too, seems to put on length more than girth! I cannot wait for him to shed so I know hes growing lol. He hasn't shed once since I have had h im and my female normal has shed twice since I have had her, which has been here about a month longer than him.

BTW, my breeder said here, take this and see if he will eat it *rat pup* and he eats ANYTHING lol, I don't think hes going to have a problem switching to rats as he ate that pup like nothing, but he doesn't have enough pups to supply ME and himself, so I am going to stick to small-medium mice then normal mice, until he can eat small rats, then I will officially switch him over. If my guy would just breed more rodents!!! lol
