    What is she?!?
This little girl came crawling out of her egg yesterday. Parents were a BEL (unknown genetics) to a "normal"

Wtf?!!! That looks like a coral glow or caramel glow, something glow. Idk, are you playing with us???
I got beat to the caramel glow I guess

The glows have been ruled out for the most part. I was on a facbook group called Passion Reptiles. and the thread went nuts with what she is. We were thinking hypo mojave.. now thinking some sort of special hypo something.. I have no idea its driving me crazy though!

I would so not think ghost.
This is definitely closer to a glow type than ghost. IMHO I'd guess mojoglow! :D
Try breeding it back to parent and see what pops out.

Too bad it's a female as I'd breed it to as many normal females that I could were it a male. I assume that you'll pair mom and dad again and also her with dad maybe?

    Caramel Glow = Caramel+Hypo(Ghost)

Wow, IDK but it is sweet. Post Shed pic will probably help. I would think she is a ghost mojo. It is possible both parents were het for ghost. If it is that is a really, really, really nice ghost.

Looks hypo to me--I'm also guessing it's a mojave hypo. It will probably be a lot clearer what it is, after its first shed. The funny pink colors will go away, lol. My lesser orange ghost was also purply-pink when she hatched.

Very lucky! You proved both parents het. :D Plenty of people sell low-percentage poss hets as normals.

Definitely hypo and at first I thought mojave but the pattern is not right for it to be a mojave from what I see.
Good luck figuring this one out!!

Guess it could be a lesser hypo. If it's an unknown genetics BEL, could be mojave or lesser, or even Russo. How clean is the BEL?

Never a dull moment in this industry. It's always full of surprises. Looks great, congrats!

Doesn't look Lesser or Mojo to me. Maybe Russo? Awesome snake! i can't quit looking at it!

I'm thinking hypo lesser. But whatever it is its freaking BEAUTIFUL. Congrats!!

    I'd guess Hypo Lesser or Butter too - Post #48 - http://ball-pythons.net/forums/showt...-Help-ID/page5

Definitely see if it sheds clear.

Definitely see if it sheds clear.

It's quite obviously a hypo, it's the other gene in question...
I don't see hypo lesser or hypo mojave but it's obviously in the BEL group since the sire was a BEL :)

OP, can you post pictures of the clutch mates? And get some more pics of this guy? You might be able to tell what kind of BEL the male is if there are other morphs in the clutch.

Only other one that is coming out of the egg as we speak is a "normal" others haven't pipped yet..

Are you cutting the other eggs or are you letting them all pip on their own?

BELs have no normal offspring. So if it looks a lot like a normal its a Russo...

I know that is isn't, but it almost looks like a banana hypo! I guess it's a Russo hypo???

Extreme hotness - yup, that's definitely what she is!! :weirdface

No idea really, but I'm guessing hypo mojave or Russo like a few others on here... I also understand the guess of caramel glow, but that would be near impossible. Right?

Beautiful baby! It looks like she has red eyes though. Here's my Russo girl. She has some nice oranges, but doesn't look like a normal.

I could be wrong, but I don't think she's a hypo Russo. Please post pics of the rest of the clutch after they finish hatching.

I didn't think Russo would change the color so dramatically--it's really close to the color of a hypo lesser. If it's a Russo, it's the first hypo Russo I've seen, lol.

    Congrats on killing the odds!

It's Flippin awesome is what it is. But I'm sitting in the hypo mojo as well. Getting 3 accidental hypo mojos in a clutch is a good day in my book. Awesome man!

Well, there could still be hypo Russos in there, if there's one Russo coming out anyhow, lol. I would love to see them all out of the egg--and it will probably be a lot easier to tell what they are after they shed out.
