Boo's new [almost] birthday suit
His first birthday is Friday but I guess he wanted to make sure he was ready for his party ahead of time....:)

The first two photos were outdoors in the sun and the last was indoors, with flash.
He's gained over 150 grams since the beginning of June and eats like a little monster.

The wonderful folks of BP.net helped me pick him out when I had to choose between him and another male SP and I wanted to share his growing up with everyone.
You're all kind of like his "godparents".

His sister was for sale but I think somebody bought her.
I got him from Skip Seavey, who's a really great guy.
He cares very much about where his babies are going.

He is such a funny snake.
He moves his hide around his tub, wearing it like a hermit crab and every Friday night, he's right at the front of the tub with his nose smooshed against the plastic, reminding me not to "forget to feed him".
All my Pastels are the ones with the really charming, people oriented personalities.
Is that common?

Haha, I love that mental image with his hide!
Our pastels are really sweet as well. They are our mellowest and easier to handle for sure. Our black pastels on the other hand are all jerks...

I have heard that so many times about black pastels.

Are they "more close to natural/wild"?
There's another morph I've heard called "jerk!" quite often too but I can't recall which.
My Jerk Snake is Norma Normal.
She's a snappy rip, sometimes.
So far, she's my one and only 'tag'.
Mosby, my het Clown pulls the "I'm a Copperhead" stunt every time I open his tub but so far, it's all been bluff.
So far.
