bedding lodged in her mouth
so i got my ball python about 3 weeks ago and other than refusing f/t mice and low humidity, she has been fine.. but this morning when i woke up i went to turn the basking light on she was wrapped in a ball with her head upside down. and this freaked me out, i thought she was dead. but when i ran my finger across her side, she moved and i saw that her mouth was open and it looked like it wasn't alligned properly and it is stuffed with bedding.
since i haven't had her long and she hasn't eaten yet, i haven't tried to handle her a lot and she still seems nervous around me. i want to try to pull out the bedding but i don't know what to use, i have small tongs that have a point on one of the edges but i don't want to use them because i'm afraid she might get scared and try to strike and hit the point.
PLEASE HELP ME! :(

Other than the fact it's spelled here ;-) . . . does smell like a troll has been on this thread though... aside from me and this comment.

The bedding in the mouth was probably a symptom, not the cause. There was probably something really wrong, more than just non-feeding, and there was probably a seizure or something.
In any case, I'm sorry. It's a bad way to lose a pet after only three weeks of having it.
