Dent in right eye
just got my ball out to check him over, I noticed he had a dent in the middle of his eye... he shed on the 27th so 2 days ago is this normal? I fed him yesterday and he seemed fine, he shed in one full piece, i keep the skin so i just went and checked it out the eye caps are there so he defiantly shed off his eye caps, is this normal after 2 days of shed? could this be because of the decreased humidity is it something i should be worrying about?
Thanks

More than likely it is low humidity
-
Just get the humidity between 50-60% and it will return to normal.

Humidity. Happened to my guy once too, bump up the humidity for a few days and it should go away. If not, then next shed.
-
the humidity is like constantly 55-65%, i provide fresh water daily, but is it something to worry about or not?
-
Its nit something to worry about till it persists to his next shed, bump the humidity up more to about 70 ut should resolve on its own.
-
I have just bumped up the humidity and added fresh water
-
More then likely it will resolve in a few days or after his next shed, just be patient and just keep the humidity up a little higher.
-
Yea, my pastel ahd that after his last shed and I bumped the humidity to around 70%. A few days later it was gone.

lol wtf, i just checked my bp again with my light and i swear i do not see any dent in his eye now? lmao wtf is that possible to go away that quick
-
my enchi is currently like this, but in mid shed. first time I've seen this. my humidity is perfect, and temps are where they need to be. I just put water near him to hopefully boost his humidity.

I had a thread about this not long ago, went into panic mode. My temps and humidity were totally fine. Humidity in the 60's, fresh water every 2-3 days. My bee had one, she had just shed about a week or two prior, complete with eye caps. I saw it when I was checking everyone, couple hours later took her out to show Hubby, and I had a hard time seeing it. I knew I wasn't seeing things, I took a picture and my daughter saw it too. I don't think humidity was my issue, but maybe she rubbed it or smacked it on her thermometer. Anywhoo, they can go away very fast. If I hadn't checked when I came home from work, I probably never would have known it was there.
