Just a Quick One

She's only a pastel, but I love this snake! After two years she still glows when I take her outside :D So so excited to try our first breeding season with her in November

And took our little fire girl out for an update too. FINALLY started eating the last two weeks after a very long strike, hoping she'll keep at it. I love her dorsal line of white scales. They don't show up in the picture well but you can kind of see it

Beautiful snake even though she's "just" a pastel!!!! I may be weird but pastels are one of my favorite morphs. I love my little guy.

"Just a pastel"? Come on now she is beautiful! My pastel in my opinion is still awesome and he browned out bad. Yours has some awesome blushing and yellow. I would be excited to breed her. What are you pairing her with? I think she would make some awesome supers or pewters.

Haha, her being a single gene doesn't make her any less my (tied) favorite! I'll be putting her with my mojave male :D

The more I see of them in person the more they just grow on me. If I had the time/space/money I'd love to do a pastel line breeding project just integrating nice looking normals (I'd probably go for reduced and blushed/lighter). Alas, that's lots of mouths to feed when other things could be pursued. The double recessive projects mostly (y'know, when I can finally afford the ingredients for them :P Caramel pieds and true ghost combos will have to wait )
