    itchy red bumps
I know none of you are doctors but i cant seem to find any info on this so i thought id ask to see if anyone else has experienced this. for some time now, it seems i get these random itchy red bumps. id like to think it's an allergic reaction but they seem to appear out of nowhere. like ill be at work or in my room not eating for some time and then out of nowhere i find myself being itchy on my arm somewhere and it's one of these bumps. the closest i came with was ringworm but i saw those pics and they're nasty looking and mine dont look anything like that. if i leave them alone without scratching they seem to go away after a while. it's a raised bump in a perfect circle and gets red around the area.i have attached pics so you can see what they look like. i only get these 1 at a time never in groups. if you look closely you can see the circle raised shape.

i looked that up and it does sound like a possibility, but again the symptoms are nasty looking and says they can last hours or a day while mine last no more than an hour usually. like since i posted this thread the bump has since then disappeared.

Didnt you just go to a concert? Maybe you got something from there? Rubbed up against someone or something?

Maybe go to the doctor while you have one on your body?

Sounds like an allergic reaction, like a really mild one though. What do you do for work? I know some people are allergic to the wood bedding used for snakes so are you allergic to aspen, pine, cypress etc. ?
Also does just one bump appear at a time or do you get a few?

Im not a doctor by any means, but just trying to think of what i have seen/heard of before...

That combined with the going away after a few hours is exactly how mosquito bites look and behave with me.

This ^^^ is very true. You could get mosquito bit and never see the little buggers. Looks like a bite to me too. If not mosquito, maybe flea? Try getting some its either caldryl or calamine (its way to early) I can't remember what its called, but its for itch. Like of you get poison ivy or something. Any grocery store should have it. If I remember right from when I had chicken pox, it was pink. May not be the case now, as that was along time ago. But try dabbing that on when you notice one to help stop the itch.

When your looking at pictures online generally your going to find the worst example of a diagnosis. When I get hives they can last anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours. Honestly sometimes I will get one on my arm from coming in contact with a friends pet, and It will be gone when I look down again. They look like hives, but if your that worried you should go see a doctor.

I get something like that from my cats when they lick/scent me and from short haired dogs. I would say its a minor allergic reaction like hives.

    I'd say bug bites.

Hives are when histamine cause your blood vessels to break and leak fluid into pockets. Hives are not only caused by allergic reactions. However in allergic reactions, there are multiple hides. Also in my experiences, the hives are blotchy in shape. They're also more of a platform.

Please define what an allergic reaction feels like.

last time i had an allergic reaction was a few years ago. i remember i ate a few chocolate covered strawberries then after a while i noticed my stomach started to feel warm and itchy and i couldnt stop scratching. i looked under my shirt and my stomach area was red and had red bumps everywhere. i went to the hospital and got a shot and in like a minute it was gone. these bumps are nothing like that. i always get them 1 at a time and it's always random. i could be minding my own business at work sitting down then out of nowhere ill start to get lightly itchy in 1 part of my arm and it slowly develops into a bump. the one from yesterday, i was laying on my bed playing video games and again i started to get itchy and a bump showed up.
