I had to get rid of them all :-(
I wanted to keep my first female pastel I hatched however it died in its egg :-(
otherwise I would have kept it.
But I hope this season I will hatch out my
    Very first combo morph.

Not sure which one was first out of the egg, from our first successful clutch (first clutch all died--only 2 of 9 made it full term. One was severely kinked/deformed. The other never pipped)... but I have one of the female mojos from that clutch.

In our first clutch we got 1 female Normal and 1 female Spider. We are going to hold back the Spider and the Normal is going to my sister for my niece and nephew!

My first clutch was het albino to het albino. Seven eggs. Two albinos, five 66% hets. The albinos were females. I still have them today.

My first year breeding was just all normals, so I didn't keep any.

This is my first year producing morphs, so I will probably have a few holdbacks :D

I hate using that term. Got rid of. It sounds so cruel.

But to answer the question, I did sell all the offspring from my first successful clutch. I produced 5 babies from 6 eggs, 3 normals and 2 vanillas. Since I already have a male vanilla and both hatchlings were male, I did not keep one. If I had hatched a girl I would have kept her. This season I only plan on holding back a pied. If I am fortunate enough to produce one, and if it is the perfect 50/50 pied I dream about.

Wish I hatched out babies so I can participate.. But for my first clutch, I'm hoping to keep an enchi female, an enchi lesser female, or an enchi kingpin (male or female - hopefully male :P).

First clutch was pinstripe x normal, .5 pins and 1.1 normals.

No brainer held back two female pins, sold one pin and both normals.

My 1st clutch was a spider x pastel pairing but because of incubation fluctuations, 2 normal males had kinked pigtails and little eyes. 1 pastel female had little eyes and had to be assist fed and the 1 spider female had a severe wobble. My second clutch had 4 beautiful pastel holdbacks... I would have kept them all, but my friend "snake sat" for 24 hrs while we moved and plugged the flexwatt cord directly into the wall instead of the thermostat...I lost all my babies in 24 hrs....:( I still cry about that day I got that text message. "All babies dead call me"...it still haunts me.

    Re: What did you do?
I kept 1 enchi and 2 normal females from my first ever clutch. The enchi is gravid and due to lay in 25 days or so. The normal females didn't make it up to size this year.

My first ever snake also layed her first clutch of 5 eggs this year, after reaching 1300g at 5 years old

First clutch was pastel to a Satin black pastel -- ended up with 0.2 black pastels, 1.1 pastels, and 2.0 normals. Also ended up keeping all of them. I'd like to think that if she'd just given me two more eggs, I would've gotten two pewters :P

My first clutch is hatching now. I plan on keep one or two pastel females and selling the rest to get up some funds for more female BPs!
