I have always been horse crazy, and this was definitely a dream wedding to have my mare walk me to the aisle. She's 24 years old and starting to show her age, so it's even more meaningful that she was there! A friend of ours let us borrow their pony, she's a pony ride pony and was amazing!!

Oh you might get a kick out of this, my mare was drugged for this. She is too crazy without them, she's the one that fractured her skull and fell in the creek. She was falling asleep and tripping while I was riding her to the ceremony! I even thought about you one of the times she tripped while I was on her, I would have had to make sure to send you a pic of her and I falling, lol.

I feel like riding a horse in a huge dress like that would be rather difficult. Nice job pulling it off. Also props to your hubby for not being scared of horses lmfao.

I am so very jealous of you, I would have done anything to have a horse in my wedding. Alas, it was not meant to be. I still vow one day before I die, I will have my own horse. I keep trying to talk hubby into a miniature, I tell him think of the time saved mowing the grass and the money spent for fertilizer for my garden! He's not buying it yet.

It was an amazing day, I am happy that it's over! I didn't really get to enjoy how pretty everything was until I got to see the pictures. I didn't have time to enjoy it, I was too nervous!

Lol it wasn't bad riding, getting on and off was the hard part! He's definitely not fond of horses, but he tolerates them. In 6.5 years I have had him on a horse maybe a handful of times.
