Length of Shedding?

Hi there!

My baby Ball just started his shedding process a few days ago (his eyes are just blue right now) and I was wondering how long the shedding process usually takes??

for mine i have noticed that it took 5-6 days to shed

Thanks guys! So approximately a week give or take. Sounds good! It's just that he refused his last feeding because he had started the process so I'm not wanting him to miss more than 1 more.

i feed mine 2-3 days after their blue cloudy eyes clear up and that same day after their meal they tend to shed

That works, his feeding day is tomorrow so perhaps I shall try to feed him and see how it goes. :)

if he is in blue he probably won't eat. but its worth a try if his eyes are clear

Yeah, no harm. His eyes were blue last night, tomorrow I'll try to feed him and if he doesn't want it that's no big deal.

About a week is average, but if it takes longer I wouldn't worry--I have two boys that, from the time they go blue, take 10+ days every time. Some of them just like to take it slow :)

We dont even attempt to feed ours between the start of their bellies turning pink until the shed comes off.

Just wanted to update that Loki shed today. It took him a long while and he didn't shed all in one piece though. :( From checking him out just from looking at him and not picking him up I think he got it all off though which is good. :)
