I shared some of these pics else where for the first 2 or 3 clutches, but thought I'd put them all together :)
Clutch #1 is out and about... it was 4 eggs but one was infertile, so just three hatchlings - It was from a Normal x Bumblebee or Butter Pairing:
1 Pastel, 1 Nearly Spotless Pastel, 1 Normal

Yes, I am, but you can never have too many normal breeder girls ;) I have 20 beautiful normal girls right now... and I plan to pick up around 10 more this year. I'm also raising morph girls - this year (by winter) I hope 2 butter females, 1 axanthic female, 1 pastel female, and 1 mojave female will all reach breeder size... and I have others I'm hoping will reach the following year - a bumblebee, another butter, another mojave, and another pastel. I'm also raising a butter male and a bumblebee male, and i have an axanthic male, a butter male, a bumblebee male, a pinstripe male, a mojave male, two pastel males, and a spider male. :)

Re: Our 2012 Ball Python Clutches and Babies!
Well unfortunately what should have been clutch #7 was 5 slugs! wow! Never had a whole clutch slug out before... the female was one I picked up with a group of 10 females in January and after quarantine, I brought her in to the breeding rotation. She locked twice with my pinstripe, but must not have taken :(
So, instead, my clutch #7 is 3 eggs (and 2 slugs) from another girl that I picked up with the 10 mentioned... poor girls seem to want to have slugs! At least there are 3 good eggs - she also locked 3 times with my pinstripe, and once with my bumblebee.
Here it is:

Re: Our 2012 Ball Python Clutches and Babies!
Yay, clutch #3 is out: 4 Butters, 3 Normals (one is really pretty) - puts my season total at 5 Pastels, 4 Butters, and 7 Normals... 19 eggs in the incubator, and 4 gravid girls who still haven't laid. One butter and one normal are almost out of the egg, and will post pics when they finally come out....
9 of my first 9 hatchlings have all eaten too! Great record so far!

Have some beautiful Pastels that just hatched out... and clutch #8, 5 beautiful eggs from a girl I never saw lock... not really sure who is the sire, I put in every boy I had to see if she'd be receptive!

Had some other fantastic snakes this year :) Here's some of my favorite pictures of some of the snakes I still have right now :) I love taking photos of these snakes!
A beautiful butter male (1215-ball)

a little butter female (1231-ball) - she was from my 2 sire clutch of 8 eggs - produced 3 butters, 3 spiders and 2 pastels - same clutch that produced my keeper spider female

another butter girl (1238-ball) - I just love this pic!

I also ended up with two "minis" this year (from boob eggs) - but thankfully, both have taken meals and are growing now. This is one of them (he's quite a little dinker too!)

Thanks! He's really something else! When I first saw him in the egg, I thought oh boy a Bumblebee... then I saw his head... which is definitely more of a Pastel. He's been around with me now for a few months, and he's still super bright yellow/orange, almost no noise and very few spots (you can count them on one hand). His dorsal markings have blushing in them as well.
Consensus from some others in groups on Facebook is that he's just a Spotless Pastel (his mother was a Spotless Normal), but I'm going to hold onto him b/c of how beautiful he is. I think at the very least, he'll make for even more beautiful combo snakes with the girls I've been keeping. I have a mojave and two butters nearly ready to breed now, and I have 2 year old Pastels, a Bee, another Butter, and another Mojave... and an Axanthic but she's of course spoken for lol! This year, I'll be keeping 2 more butter girls, a spider girl and a pinstripe girl :)
Wish I'd had more pinstripes this year! The one I had for sale was gone within a week of listing him... wild!
