A little Aphrodite update (Pic Heavy Warning!)

I'm not sure if anyone will remember, but I picked up Aphrodite back in 2010 as a rescue. When I brought her home, she had a severe mite infestation and was extremely dehydrated and malnourished. I posted pics of her back then and a few of her improvement, but for the sake of those who didn't get to see the changes, I'll post a few in this thread too. This girl has definitely lived up to her name; everyone who handles her falls instantly in love with her gentle and friendly demeanor. :)

A week after I brought her home. Still working on the mite infestation, which was so bad that she had them crusted in rings around her eyes.

Awww, thank you. :) I am definitely a lot happier to have her here. She really is the biggest sweetheart and I'm glad I can give her a much better home.

You are correct, Bobbafett, she is an albino BCI "red tail" boa. :) Thank you for the compliment, I appreciate it.

In all honesty, that is the prettiest boa I have ever seen! I love how light her colours are, simply stunning. You two are lucky to have each other :floating:

Awww, thanks Liv. :) I feel pretty lucky to have found her. I don't think you could find a sweeter, more gentle BCI.
