    Cats... UGH! *shakes head*
I swear I want to know what goes on in a cats head sometimes.

My cat is a crazy stalker who NEVER leaves me alone. She is always at my hip trying to get my attention. She loves me waaaay to much lol

Well I am sitting on my couch minding my buissness and she comes up and sits beside me. I pet her on the head. Then stop and put my hand down beside my leg. I looked at her and wiggled my finger on the couch. What does she do??

She full on attacks my hand. Both front paws and then bites and hisses at me, not at my hand but hisses while staring me dead in the eyes.

LIKE SERIOUSLY! I dont understand her. She always knows when she is in trouble to cuz after she does bite or claw me she always like mopes and looks down and looks all sad. Now I have never ever hit my cat. Its like she does something wrong and after she does it she is like "What have I done!" The she will go slink away and mope in a corner.

Now I am sitting here with a bloddy hand

Cats I tell yah. I would rather be bit by my Corn snake and my ball python at the same time then take my cats claws and teeth in one attack.

It's all good. I was actually laughing a bit when I was typing that out.

Another reason why im a dog person.
I was at my boss's house petting her cat once and it was purring alot. I was under the impression purring meant they were happy... Guess not. All of the sudden the cat starts attacking my hand. Without thinking i pushed it right off the counter.

I learned two things that day. Dogs are in fact better than cats, and cats always land on 4 feet. No matter how hard i shove them off counters lol:rofl:

Yah I doubt I will get a cat after this girl dies (she still has a long way to go)

One time. I kinda deserved it. She has like A CRAZY SOFT belly! SO one time I was petting it lightly not being rough or anything. She rolled on her back purring away like she was totally digging it. The all the sudden BAM!!!!! She wraps her front claws around my arm. Totally dug them in. Literally sinks her teeth into my arm. Then to top it off she starts kicking my arm with her back claws. Its didnt look pretty. She hit me hard enough to bruise me in a couple spots for a week. Even worse was ripping her stuck nails out of my skin. While she is trying to do it her self. Still kicking me with her back legs.

    That sucked so much.

    Cats are so mysterious.

dogs have soft bellies too, and theyll actually let you rub their bellies without going bi-polar on you

I think your kitty needs to go on kitty Prozac! :D

Maybe it's just my luck, but my family has never had the "typical" bi-polar cat (11 in my lifetime, including my own two). Our cats have all come from shelters or as strays, yet they've all been loving and sweet. Yes, a couple started off a little nippy if you got too rough, but it was easily trained out of them with a bop on the nose, saying NO, and walking away. They HATE being ignored, so I think that was the most effective part of it. :)

Even though I am a cat person at heart, at some point I would like to get a Greyhound. They've got all the qualities I would want in a dog, including a lack of "doggy smell". That's the main thing that turns me off dogs; they stink! I work as a vet tech, and every dog that comes in, except the Greys and the little frou-frou dogs that stink like the owner's perfume, have that doggy odor, even if they recently were bathed. I often ask Grey owners when the last time they had a bath was, because I'm curious, and they often get a far off look on their face, thinking..."oh, I don't know! Maybe 6 months ago?" and they have NO smell!

Anyway, yes, some cats are pyscho!

Well, let me tell you.. Domestic house cat, and purebred cat = night and day. I have a bi-polar torti cat, a schizo semi ferral cat we saved, and the sweetest most lovable even tempered purebred cats. Hind sight, I will never have a "domestic cat" again, and save my $ and get my purebreds only. They aren't your "typical cat". It's amazing the personality difference, and how well adjusted a purebred is. That being said, yes, your regulation cat is semi-crazy. I do love my kitties though....

I have a male tabby cat that is a complete psycho! He will be all loving one minute only to be biting and scratching the next. I would so rather be bitten by my ball python.
