Whos going to the reptile expo in Toronto on the 27th?!

Anyone going??!! If I get some money this week I am for sure going!! Gunna be a fun 1 hr 1/2 - 2 hr drive from London area. Where you all coming from? For anyone who is going I will be the one with a bright green hat with a black creeper (from minecraft google it if you dont know) face on the front of it. I wont be hard to miss haha.

Im looking at getting my second ball python! Hopefully either a Lesser or a Pinstripe or a Mojave to breed to my Pastel way down the road. Maybe will buy my mom a Pac Man frog! She has been bugging me for one forever and I think I might get her one. She will be there with me (its a mother son thing we do, going to all the expos together) So I ll get her to choose one!

I would, but 16 hours is a bit out of my way.

This guy will be there! I go to every expo within a couple hours of my place lol. I'm slightly addicted. :D

LOL! Yeah I'm always there, hopefully in the next few years me and my buddy will start having tables at some of the expos. At least that's the plan. I am easy to pick out of the crowds. hahaha I'm about 6'5 250lbs with a big script tattoo on my right forearm. hahaha I tell everyone to poke me and say hi at the expos but no one has yet :\ lol!

Actually the Ajax expo is the only one I haven't been to yet, and it's funny - I'm always out in Ajax Pickering visiting Mr.Herp or some of my other suppliers. I'm hoping to open shop in Ajax when everything falls together! I'm gonna swing something so that BP.net members get discounts when they come see us hahaha but that's a while off :P.

everything on omegas site is sold out doesnt look updated only has like 6 snakes on it. Anyway to get a updated list?? BUt I am looking for higher ends of course i love bumble bees sooo much .

I was planning on going but my brother is visiting that week and I need to prepare on the weekend. Oh well! I'll be at the June expo, though and of course the CRBE.

I can't go :( I work that weekend. I really want to go though. Does that count for something! I won't be missing the CRBE tho in September. If your only Gina go to one show, that's the one to go too. Hope to meet you all someday! None of my friends like snakes and it would be nice to know some of you personally. Happy herping.

well.. for those of you who didn't go.. you didn't miss anything much.. I was not impressed. It seems that the expos keep getting worse. I got some good deals on rabbits, and won a pinstripe 500g male in the auction for $125.00. The auction was SO SLOW. It was a reptile and aquatic auction so there was A LOT of fish and aquarium supplies which I had no interest in so every 45 minutes or so they would auction off something to do with reptiles. I wanted to wait for a black pastel male they had with a $100.00 reserve on it, but i had already been at the auction for close to 4 hours and they were only on table 6 and the black pastel was on table 9 so I left. I'll post pictures of the pinstripe when I get him back to my place tonight (he's at my buddies).

For those who were upset that you didn't make it.. it's good that you held off until the next one. HUGE waste of time IMO.

I dont know if there are any legs to my next statement, but im going to say it anyways. I feel like the shows after now will be better because there are alot of babies being hatched now. Any breeders who are worth their weight aren't going to sell a 50g baby who has not shed or eaten yet, so I feel like when those babies start to grow up a bit is when the shows are going to improve. I for sure wont miss the september one! It marks one year of my addiction! LOL, not something you usually celebrate. I cant think of something better to be addicted to tho!

your 100% right! i'm hoping things will pick up. attendance has been falling, and i think that is why. I managed to find some bunnies this time but I bought all 5 in the entire expo hahaha. with the feeder breeding season coming, and hatchlings uptting on some weight - hopefully we'll see things pick up!
