Let it snow!

Well, next year maybe. My double het lavender snow male arrived today, so I finally have a pair of them. These are hands down my favorite double recessive.

My male. Fresh out of the shipping box and plopped onto my office chair for a quick ID shot before being banished to QT. I'll work on a nice pic of the pair in natural light once he's finished. They really look very nice in their own right.

Been pairing them and the female is really doing some serious building. I expect to see an ovulation any day now. She's right at 2000 grams, so I'm hoping for some nice big healthy eggs. Lots of 'em.

My double het dreamsicle pairs are at it hot and heavy, too.
