I had to have her!!!

Ok so I know all the stuff surrounding Desert females and the thousands of critics of these girls. But I could not pass this one up! I also heard good news regarding female Deserts today so for the price she was at and the pure beauty of this girl I had to have her. Picture is not mine it is from the seller. I will post a video when she arrives and I have her in my rack.

What good news???

I know with out providing proof no one will believe me but we should she viable clutches. A few breeders just don't want to deal with all the crazy amount of phone calls surrounding how or defending there actual outcomes. I do not have permission to name who or what or conversations entailed but I'll ask you this why do you see so little females for sell? If they were truely infertile they would be sold in mass lots for pets. Just saying keep a close eye out this year for the proof everyone wants. Not trying to stir the pot or cause arguments on this post. Thank you

Good luck with her. I have a Tiger female growing up and have put my Tiger male to work this year. The desert combos are too nice not to try to make. Obviously you want the price to stay up on em but even if it comes down or the females prove infertile the most important part of this hobby is trying to hatch stuff you enjoy. Hopefully your right on someone figuring this out!

Thank you everyone. This is a project I wanted to get into for a few years but not at thousands of dollars on a "what if" but the price was just right and potential is huge. If PE never had the fire we "might have" seen a lot of answers on these girls. My hopes are high and in the end end if all else fails I will have not lost out on too much. I don't have an opinion on desert breeding since my own breeding interests lies in boas, but I have always loved the desert morphs and their combos. This female is one of the nicest I've seen. I dearly hope she works out for you!!

Beautiful girl for sure, but I am still not believing in fertile clutches from female deserts until proof is shown. I do hope it is shown but until then I will stick to my het desert ghosts for now. Keep us posted for sure, and post more pics always enjoy looking at PE deserts and the combos.

Wow! That is a gorgeous snake, female or not. The deserts caught my eye the first time I saw them despite the issues I'm hearing. I love her contrast, pattern, and color. Good luck with the project and even if it doesn't pan out, you'll still have a beautiful snake.

I myself still have doubts of the level of fertility in Desert Females. But again out of the thousands of Morphs out there none have ever been completely infertile. The concerns surrounding these kept me out of them for years but I took one look at this girl and had to give it a try for myself. She's years away from attempting to produce viable eggs but I'm willing to try at the price she was and if nothing else she is still one beautiful Desert IMO. Thanks everyone. :)
