Do you plan on breeding it down the road? If not the het. Albino really doesn't mean that much, but as for the price it seems pretty good. Just try and find out if the breeder is reputable.

$160 is not a bad price if you are sure they are 100% hets (aka from a reputable breeder)

There are some great quality animals there for a great price as well. I have done a TON of business with Brandon and his is a great guy to deal with. All of those are 50% het albino.

yea i saw that post to good looking snakes and yes i do plan to breed eventually and what are the odds of getting a sunglow if i get a hypo 50 percent het albino x albino also are the hypos he has for sale 50 percent het albino cause the title confused me

50% hets mean that there is only a 50/50 chance of the boa being het albino. That means that it could easily be straight hypo. If it isn't albino you wouldn't get any sunglows out of the first breeding, but by breeding with an albino all the babies would be het albino. If the Hypo poss. het albino does prove out I am not exactly sure what your chance of getting sunglows would be.

Price is fine. I would shop around and not get in a rush. Some of the really great looking morphs have come down price wise. I've seen sunglows in the $400 range.

If your not planning on breeding, getting a animal het for something is just flushing money down the toilet. I don't know what your personal preferences are but you can find boas with some awesome paint jobs for relatively cheap. I personally love the Kahl line, check them out.

Got my hypo female for $160 shipped last year, so I'd say it's a good price.

i got my hypo 100 % het albino from a reptile show. from a large breeder a year and a half ago for 110

so personally i would say the price is a bit high for a hypo 50% poss het albino.
to me you are just buying a hypo and you can get those at a show for cheap now

Give him a call @ (423) 360-5949. I believe that he is charging $65 for shipping, but I would confirm that with him. I would say $135 shipped is a fairly good price for a hypo 50% pos het.

I'd keep saving and get the one that really catches your eye.

Albinos can be found in the $200 range, but albinos can vary in color big time.
Some albinos turn into big yellow snakes and others coral up or keep a lot of red in their saddles.

Keep us posted on what you decide to get.
