Is this guy thin?

I am worried that this guy might be a bit thin. He is my Poss Het Pied male. He has been off of food for a couple of months, ever since I started pairing him up with my female. The scale said he is sitting around 1000 grams. Just wanted some input. I always worry that my pets are to thin. :)Thanks.

Looks a little thin but still healthy imo.

Looks like a healthy, athletic 1000 gram male. I'd much rather they be a touch thin than too fat.

looks kinda thin to me .my male ball python was like this he dint want to eat for like a good month and a half ..then i got him back of food and now he is fat : ) LOL i feed him a medium rat the other day and today i feed him food and he dint want to take ..i guess that he is still full from the rat i feed him last week

Thanks everyone. I am hoping he will start to eat soon. Its been since November that he started to refuse food. So I am ready for him to eat again:D

Why would he be full from that rat? Wouldn't he be full from the rat you fed him the day before yesterday? You said you feed him every other day?

To the OP, he looks very healthy for a male that has been off feed and breeding for the past 2-3 months! How much weight has he actually lost?

I'm not completely sure how much weight he has lost. My sister borrowed my scale a few of months ago and just recently replaced it.:oops: Last time I weighed him it was about 2 months before he went off food and he was sitting around the 800-900 gram range. So I don't think he has lost a lot of weight. But no one is allowed to borrow my scale any more.
