Doesn't look like a Jag to me, but I'm no expert at IDing Carpet Morphs.

I'm not an expert on their morphs either but i agree that it doesn't look like a jag. It would have more aberrant patterning along the sides like jaguar spots and less pattern on the back. Jag is a color and pattern morph so they are lighter too.

    Not a jag.

Who produced it? Albinos aren't in many collections, so the hets can only come from a few sources.

And the only hets I've seen are 2010s for $3k pr. I've seen one other pair for sale last summer for $3600. I would imagine even a male het would be $1000 or close to it.

Drop those pics off @ www.moreliapythons.com forum and see what they say. But I'm going with a jag sib, just my opinion.

is there any legal ramifications that can be persued, i was told that she was a jag het albino? or should i just throw there name out there and let you guys know

Well only a few people can produce het albinos, how much did you pay for the animal, good indication right there. It is not a jag tho. It could of been a jag sib however. Id be more worried about it actually being het albino, they cost quite a bit.

Correct action is to contact the seller and try to get this straightened out between yourselves, normally problems are solved here. If that does not solve anything, post in the board of inquiry and don't be shy about getting his attention in public. Don't lie, don't yell, just explain the situation.

First of all, contact the seller about your concerns. See what they say. Try to do this in an email so that if you need documentation of any conversations, you have it.
