    Ball Python Morphs Under $200.00
    Hello all,

I'm looking into getting a Ball Python. I've decided that'd I like to spice things up a little bit and get some sort of morph for my first Ball. A few awesome ones that I've seen so far are the Pastel, Spider and Pinstripe. If you guys know any other low-priced morphs, it would be much appreciated if you would share them with me. :)

    Thanks for the insight, guys.

    :)

Pastel, Spider, Yellow Belly, Male Pinstripes, male fire is about your limit when it comes to 200$

If you jump to 300 you can get male albino, female mojave, female pin, male bumblebee, Fire female

I have seen male Albinos for about $250 and Male Orange Ghosts for less than $200. Also add a male Mojave to that list.

Dont hold your breath on finding a Lesser at 200. Have to Factor in 50 for shipping so either 150+50 shipping or 200+50 shipping.

The cheapest lesser male ive seen was at an expo for $200, so thats obviously w/out shipping. They werent the nicest ones either. I saw some reallllyyy nice ones at another table for $250.
To the OP: the morphs everyone has already listed are good. I would also add cinnamons to the list of possibilities. My personal favorite lol

Us or Canadian they are both close.. I scooped up my Lesser Platinum for 275.00 and I went and picked him up. I wouldn't shrug paying 450-650 for a spider or a mojo

My male lesser was for $200. But the Breeder took off $100 because I was a local sale. He said he would rather sell locally for less than have to deal with packaging and shipping the snake for market price.

I suggest getting a spider, pinstripe, or albino for your first. While all morphs look great, I find that those 3 are visually appealing due to the unique patterns(pins/spiders) and color (albino).

A person who isn't into snakes would probably appreciate the looks of those snakes too.

A pinstripe was my first snake.
As much as I love my pastel, I hate how she's going to brown out as she gets older.

If someone has no experience with snakes, not saying the op doesn't but would you suggest a spider as the first snake??

I have experienced with bigger snakes and wouldn't of considered a spider as my first ball. Even tho I love them

Why not? The wobble thing really isnt as big of a deal as people make it out to be except in some rare extreme cases...

If "she" is really a she, is in good health and has the size a 2009 female should have buy her!

    I would, but...

    There is a slight problem

    My 0.1 wife haha

And she if she is a she is 6 hours away and I wouldn't trust a non breeder to ship, if it wasn't my 2 weeks to work and I was set up for another at the moment I would not hesitate :(

A friend of mine picked up a male spider at a show for $75.00, it's a nice one too. Even I was surprised by that price. Just shows though that if you're ready for anything and keep your eyes open you can find some pretty good deals, though I wouldn't consider that 'the average price' by any stretch of the imagination.

    on kingsnake and fuana
i have seen spider males as low as 100. there is a female cinnamon for 199. pinstripe males i have seen @ 125 all within the past few weeks.
quality varies as well as price. but there are many amazing ball python morphs for under 200 more than likely you will be dealing with mostly male BP in that price range although i just saw a female pin @175 and female spider @160
you could pick up a pair of het albinos for about your 200 price range as well

IMO. going to a reptile show is your best bet for reasonably priced animals. plus you will save on shipping.
and alot of breeders would rather sell them there for maybe a little less, depending on breeder and how successful the show turned out for them
