hi there i noticed the left side of my male pastel ball pythons headd that some o the scales seem discolored.

i dont know if theres a issue or if i shoud just wait till he sheds again to see if it corrects itself.

hes eating everytime i offer without hesitation

my heat and humidity are in good ranges.

the area im referign to in the picture below is on top of his head left side behind the left eye almost center

As far as the scales, this happens all the time. It will disappear with the next shed :)

Use Photobucket and just copy and paste the IMG code. It is the easiest way for me.

Upload it, then literally just copy and paste the IMG code :)

That looks perfectly normal to me. All it looks like is the top layer of the scale came off with shed it happens no worries will clear up next shed :P

That is oddly normal with pastels. Don't worry. It will come and go. The top layer of scale sloughed off. Even if the humidity was 85% this may happen. Nothing you can do. It will fix itself.
