This is a 27 hatchling bin rack: 49" H x 24.25" W x 14" D
Made with 5/8" thick melamine
Shelves: 23 x 14
Frame: 49 x 14
Each shelf has 22" long 4" heat tape
Bins: 6qt
I use 3 bins per shelf because I sometimes make racks that use 16qt and 28qt Bins. The width of the shelves are the same... like in this picture:

I have pics of some other rack on my fb page: https://www.facebook.com/MikesReptileRacks

Thanks Matt. I'm here, just usually browsing... more of a reader than a poster :)
I recommend PVC since it's more durable than melamine, but the price is definitely more appealing... and looks better in my opinion. With proper care and proper construction, it can last a long time.

We will definitely need to talk at the next expo. Theres so many good breeders in Canada who use exclusively melamine, like Royal Python Ranch and Henry Piorun, and their facility and animals are top-notch. Anyways, sorry for hijacking this thread everyone. Heres a picture of my rack right now, its kind of messy still, but once I get my male and female rack itll be more permanent and the thermostats will be nailed to the wall instead of hanging untidily.
Rack uses 12 quart IRIS tubs and is the Canadian version of the RBI racks. On the right is a standard 20 gal aquarium for a size comparison.
