I love/hate it when they do that. My Spider does is all the time, scared me a few times.

Seems like a bad idea if you were a snake. How would you constrict a live rat to kill it without falling 3+ feet on your head?

I love when they're hungery...but I hate it when they do that.

You would be surprised how strong these guys are, she did consume the entire rat in the hanging position.
