it depends where you live. Here in Florida they didn't reup their license so it cannot be shipped into or sold in Florida. There are a few other states as well that have this issue.

I don't think that there are any issues then... but I'm not familiar with Canadian regulations.

Yes, its still available. I ordered a can a few weeks ago. "Just in case" because I have been seeing so many mite threads lately. I do know there are a few states you can't get it shipped to though. Not sure about Canada? It was actually on sale too a few weeks ago.

It is restricted in Canada, which is why it is so hard to find no Canadian suppliers. Sometimes you can find people whom brought a bunch over the border and are selling it. It often makes it over the border but it does get seized every now and again you can get your $$ back or the product it customs takes it.

I went today and got a bottle of Nix. I don't want to wait for 2 weeks for the order to come, then find out that they confiscated it at the border. So i mixed up a 4l distilled water and gave everything a good spray. Hope it works good and fast!

how long ago was this, it is a recent thing. They honestly might not even know about it yet. if they are still shipping to Florida I am going to stock up.
