    Reptile Basic Inc. Adoration Society
    Placed a large (by my stardards) order with Rich at 1:35 PM EST today. He sent me a FedEx shipping notification at 2:04 PM EST.

    He was able to locate, box and ready for shippment an MCB-L Rack, a T-Stat, a Scale, a bunch of hides and some other misc stuff in less time than it took me to decide what I wanted from the web site.

    I believe this will make my 4th or 5th order from Rich, and every one has been outstanding!

    I completely agree, I ordered a bunch of hides a few weeks back around 4:30 PM EST and by 5:30 EST I had a fedex tracking number. Superb customer service and great products.

    I've ordered 10 racks, 32 hides, 6 thermostats, a stripe of flexwat and a rodent watering system from RBI and with every order Rich blows away my already high expectations.

    Not much to discuss. Rich is the best, period.

    I absolutely love Reptile Basics. I have always had a great experience with Rich and his products. I get all of my snake stuff from him.

    I'll add another great review for Rich. When I was building my racks, I ordered all of my heating supplies from Rich. I had an email confirmation with tracking in about the same amount of time it took to place the order. Everything arrived quickly, packaged perfectly, flexwatt cut exactly to my specifications. I'm building another hatchling rack in the very near future and will be buying my heating supplies from Rich again, no questions about it. This guy is the definition of GREAT customer service.

    sounds like someone I need to order from when we get our own place for supplies lol, since there a no snake rule here ( outside what crystal has ) and no breeding but hey mom loving having the snakes with her ( i just miss them ) I know will need at least 3 racks ( minium of 20 tubs in the 32-41quart size) and then the hides and all, since my current rack will be burnt or scrapped since it just plywood ( unless mom wants to keep it around and build a collection or be my qt place ). glad to hear and see a lot of good reviews for places makes it a lot easier to to know who to trust.

    Just ordered a vivarium electronics T-stat from Rich.............love it so far. I've ordered many things in the past from him and will continue to do so. This guy just "gets it" in regards to customer service and great products.

    I've ordered from RBI numerous times and every time i receive a tracking number, shipment arrives quickly and packaged well. I've had no complaints what so ever. Rich has my business for any items I need that he carries. Even if another company has the same item, I'll continue to purchase from RBI. Excellent service.

    Can't see why I would go anywhere else for supply's.

    We do our best, don't always succeed but try. I have several new things in the works- seems like I always do?- for this year. Have a joint mission with the guys at PE as well as the 200D stat out in a few weeks. Thank you for making all of that possible!:)

    Just placed a order and was very pleased. Good customer service. I am buildind a new rack and would have got everything from him but he didn't carry the herpastat I wanted. Not to hijack the the thread but huge props to spider robotics as well. Both company's Have awesome customer service. Have had some negative experience with some other online company's not to name names but it rhyme's with "the mean ARM ". There customer service doesn't add up to a "HILL OF BEANS"

    Couldn't agree more. I've been hounding him with questions about the racks and he has been very quick to answer. I've also ordered flexwatt and it came to me quickly and exactely like I ordered it. Any chance you'll be selling stuff at Repticon in Columbia, SC., March 10? 8o)

    Rich is awesome, enough said. I have an easy time ordering had a problem with pay pal once and we were able to fix it within an hour. My orders get here fast and packaged well. Good prices etc.
