Got my first bloods

Male is the larger one with the striping all over the female is darker with better coloring these were just the first pictures so the lighting is really bright

Big congrats! I'm still waiting to jump on the blood bandwagon, I'm thinking once I've bred my first BP clutch and gotten all that over with (hooray starting expenses!) then I'll join you on the blood side :P Beautiful animals! The male's pattern is really cool.

thanks both of you :) I couldnt choose between the females colors or the males pattern haha so we got both but now the male has warmed up and they are both sooo super sweet :D

they are handling pretty well the female never wants to sit still but the male will sit still for a minute or two then start exploring lol they are both really docile

AWESOME!! I love bloods, they are some of the most beautiful pythons. Not sure if I'll ever get one, a rainbow boa is first on my wish list, then we'll see! I love everyone's blood pics though, sooooo pretty!

lol no worries there its pretty hard for me to be a jerk at all I do know one blood owner and he acts like bloods are better than balls just cause he has only owned bloods lol

That's how the ones I know are. Bloods are all holy and any cross breed or any tampering with their genes is a sin!

I definetly get this vibe from the one person i know that owns bloods lol. But thats just one person so i wouldnt judge all of them bc of that

I know 5 out of 6 who act that way....the odd one out made this thread ;)

:P thanks and thank you everyone for the wonderful comments they ate yesterday and boy were they hungry haha Im so happy with them :) they are great snakes but I dont see myself going farther than these two babies I think I get more attached to my snakes when I only have a couple for all the ones wanting one I do suggest getting one they are so interesting my female is extremely curious about everything no matter how many times she has explored it lol the male is still lazy though :rolleyes:
