Just Wanted to Introduce my new Boa

Hi Everyone,

I am very excited to be getting my new Hypo Boa from Tim with SpecialKreptiles this weekend.

Gorgeous! I'm thinking about picking one up from Bob Clark next week. He has a female that I can get for $100.

Very nice boa. I actually had a bad run in with special k. I had put two boas on hold (albino male and arabesque het albino female) when I called to set up the payment plan he had no idea who I was or which snakes were mine. So I backed out of the deal. Anyway, very nice pick up. I can't wait to get a hypo for myself.

Yikes - I hope I don't run into any problems. I am meeting him in Ohio to pick her up on Saturday. I get the impression he is a very busy man but so far he has kept me informed as to when and where to pick her up. He even sent those pictures I shared - no complaints so far.

She's very pretty, congrats! :D

I can't wait to get my male boa in the spring, it's been such a long winter waiting for him. :P

Yeah he was a nice. I met him at the all Ohio reptile show. It just scared me that he couldn't remember what was ours.

He's a nice guy, but he's lost his love for the animals and its become all about the cash.

Did you actually pick out the ones you wanted and put a deposit on them?? Just curious how things could have gone sooo wrong.

For me, I saw the snake at the Taylor Reptile Show but didn't buy her - told Tim and Sue I would think about it - that was the extent of our conversation. Well, two days later I called him and told him I wanted her and he remembered me, our conversation and knew exactly what snake it was I wanted - that was impressive.

Maybe you just caught him on a bad day. Give him another opportunity - I have talked to alot of people who have had great experiences with him.

Everyone can have an off day.

Congrats on your baby!! I thought you might like to see 2 of my guys who came from Special K. I've gotten 3 boas from Tim now and each one has been 100% perfect. Each transaction was also smooth as silk and Tim has been extremely helpful and friendly.
