    65 qt sterilite tub
I have a 65 qt. sterilite tub in my bedroom full of newspapers and I was wondering if that would be too big for a baby BP? Or would it be okay? Do you need the measurements of it? It would be awesome if I already have the appropriate sized tub haha.

    Let me know! Thanks!

Too big for a baby. Just pick up a 12 qt at walmart for like 3 bucks.

Could I use it for an adult?

It is quite large also it is quite tall I believe or is it the long wheeled one? The tall one would be harder to keep husbandtry conditions correct. The height works against you sometimes. the long one could be cluttered up but in all honesty the cost of the tub is so small compaired to everything else I'd just get a smaller tub and change over the tub when the snake gets bigger.

Post a picture of the exact kind you are talking about or give us some dimensions. there are multiple styles of 65qt tubs.

Yeah it's a long one. Doesn't have wheels though. I will get a smaller one, I know the cost of them is very cheap.
    Thanks

If it is the long style then you probably could use it for an adult. As was previously stated it's a bit big for a hatchling or juvenile. I would get a 12 or 16qt

It has a bit small surface area for an adult the hight isn't extreme but I'd just use this one for magazines and buy the best size for the animal when the time comes.

I like the CB-70 tubs for adults the best:

Kinda off topic, but can ball pythons get out of the tubs when they have the lid on? They seem a little flimsy, but that may be me being paranoid.

Some can that's why many people suggest using bungy cords or luggage straps to secure the lids down.

You can also just use those black plastic clips that people use to hold stacks of paper together. I use those on my 12qt tub and it works perfectly.
