Buttery Deliciousness...(DUW)

So, I trekked through the snow down the PA Turnpike to the East Coast Reptile Super Expo in Reading, PA this morning. I went in looking for fire, but there were none to be had. So, as I was about to call it a wasted trip to the show, this girl caught my eye and begged me to take her home with me...

Introducing Honey, my new female butter, poss het hypo... She was SO much brighter than the other butters on the table that I'm leaning toward yes on the het. I'm going to pick up a male hypo next season to grow up to try to prove her out...

For what I paid for her, it was a no brainer. If she proves out to be het hypo, I just stole her... She was marked less than any other butter or lesser female I saw at the show...

Thanks for all the comments. She truly is one of the nicest butters I've ever seen in person and these pics don't do her justice. I can't wait until it warms up so I can get some sunlit pictures of her.

I'll get some more pics in a week or so with my buddy's DSLR if he can find his battery charger... :rolleyes:

Yes please... Lol. With her in my collection, I'm at least a year closer to my BEL. My male mojo is slated to be her first boyfriend, but hey, we can talk when she gets closer to breeding...

Awesome pick up! Your butter is gorgeous. I love all of the BEL complex genes. It's a must in a collection.

Thank you I can't wait to combine my butter with my mojave. I also picked up a spider het for hypo too... Maybe I'll be lucky and get a butter bee hypo :)
